CONTEST RULES
KDOK contests are open to all KDOK listeners who are 18 years of age or older. Employees of KDOK, Gleiser Communications LLC, affiliated entities, its affiliated advertising agencies, participating sponsors/promotional partners and their immediate families are ineligible to participate or win.
KDOK listeners are eligible to win individual KDOK contests with prizes valued under $600 only once every 60 days (180 days for the KDOK Turn Your Radio Up At Work contest and for prizes valued at least $600 or more). KDOK listeners may participate in contests once every 7 days. Only one winner per family/household per contest. Individual contest rules may vary.
You have 30 days to pick up your prize and sign an acceptance/release form at the KDOK offices, Woodgate Centre 1001 E.S.E. Loop 323 Suite 455 Tyler TX 75701. If the prize has not been picked up within the 30 day period that prize is forfeited. In the event that a prize is mailed, KDOK is not responsible for the safe arrival of that prize, or prize certificate. Contest prizes are not transferable and cannot be substituted or redeemed for cash.
Individual contest selections of winners may vary. The decision of station management with respects to the contests are final. KDOK reserves the right to amend contest rules at any time.
By participating in KDOK contests, the winner or winners agree to have their names, voices or likeness used in any advertising or broadcasting material in relation to that contest, and without compensation.
In signing the acceptance/release form, the winner agrees to hold KDOK, its corporate licensee, parent corporation, affiliated companies and the officers, shareholders, directors, employees, agents and representatives of each of them harmless against any and all claims of liability arising directly or indirectly from the contest or prize.
No purchase is necessary in order to win. KDOK contests are void where prohibited by law. Failure to comply with contest rules and regulations will result in a contestant's disqualification.
