No. Only you may use your password and it can only be used from one computer at a time. Anyone found to have transferred any account info to an unregistered party will have their account terminated and will be banned from any future registration. We are not in a position to tolerate any infractions or attempts at cheating the system.

Your satisfaction is guaranteed. At any time in the first 30 days after you subscribe, we will refund 100% of your subscription fee via the posting of a credit to the same card you used to activate the subscription. Contact our offices at (903) 593-2519 to request a refund. However, after 30 days we will make the donation in your name to the charitable organization you designed when you subscribed. Once we have donated your subscription fee, your subscription is non-refundable.
If you click on the link to start the audio streaming and nothing appears to be happening it may be that the player's popup window is not being allow to open. Popup blocking software is probably the cause of this ...you must disable the popup blocker or set any popup blocking software to allow a popup from "streamaudio.com".
Please visit the troubleshooting check list first. If you do not find a solution, please include the following in an email to Help@StreamAudio.com:
- 1. The call letters of the station you are trying to listen to (KDOK)
- 2. What platform you are using (PC or MAC)
- 3. Operating System (Windows 98, Windows 2000, Windows ME, etc.)
- 4. Browser (IE, Netscape or AOL), please include version
- 5. Version of Windows Media Player
- 6. Type of internet connection (DSL, Cable Modem, Company Network/LAN, 56k Dial-up)
- 7. Does your internet connection go through a proxy server or firewall?
- 8. The nature of the problem
